  Stayed one year at these apartments. We have a small dog and paid the $200 deposit along with the monthly fee. Our dog is 10 years old and never had any accidents inside the apartment. When we moved out and turned in our keys, they did not wish to do a walk-thru with us, and told us that any deposits we were due would be mailed. Three weeks later we were informed they had to do a "pet treatment" on the carpet at a cost of $194.85. I went to the office to question exactly what that meant. They said even though the apartment was left in a very clean manner, it was determined the carpet needed to be replaced. But they couldn't tell me exactly why and would have to do more checking. I have since gone by the office two more times and they still can't give me any answers. If I owe the money and can be shown why I owe it, that is one thing. But no one seems to be able to give me any answers. The carpet was very warn when we moved in, it certainly didn't happen during the one year we were there. And what was the use of the "pet treatment" if you were going to replace it anyways. Very frustrating!!
