Summary: Builder installed one section of gutter incorrectly which caused a lot of damage to my study. I was referred to Jimmy's Seamless Gutters by Lowes since my job was too small for Lowes to do. Jimmy's was kind enough to take a look, and agreed to fix my problem.
I appreciated their efforts, and I feel a lot better knowing that they do indeed stand behind their work, and are professional in the manner in which they conduct their business.
